Choose your favourite flavours and soak up chicken in that, refrigerate for 3 hours for better extraction of flavour.
Heat oil and butter on a medium
Fry onion until golden colour.
Add ginger and garlic paste and fry till oil separates.
Add chicken mixture and fry for 10 - 13 minutes.
Add chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and white pepper powder, tomato, cashew and almond paste.
Mix well and cook for 7 - 10 minutes.
Add coconut milk, mix well, and bring it to boil.
Cover and cook on a low flame for 10 mins.
Pour over the cream and stir in well.

Garnish with coriander leaves.
