Directions

Step 1

Take a bowl and put egg white and butter in it.

Step 2

Mix vigorously to form white paste.

Step 3

To this, add maida and half of the ghee and mix well.

Step 4

Make thick pooris with this dough.

Step 5

Take a frying pan, put ghee and spread the poori.

Step 6

Spread grated coconut and jaggery powder mixture over the poori.

Step 7

Invert an empty shallow vessel over the poori and allow to simmer on low flame, The jaggery, coconut mixture blend and form an uniform top over the poori.

:- Serve hot.
