heat a pan add ghee on it
when it melts add the garam masalas and bay leaves
put onion in it
stir well and add ginger paste and pepper powder to it and stir well
then add the tomato paste stir well
add tomato sliced and sauté it well
when the water ooze out from onion and tomato add green chilly without slicing .
add pepper powder
stir well and then add chicken to it
close pan for 5 minute
then change sides of the chicken and add lemon again close the pan and cook for some more mint.
add chicken stalk crushed to it.
then add water
when the chicken gets cooked well
take out the chicken .
add rice to it.
close the pan and simultaneously put olive oil on chicken and get grilled for 10 to 15 minute
when rice gets cooked add carrot to it and
then put the chicken above the rice and cook for 5 minute by low flame
our Arabian majboos is ready and serve hot.
