Step 1

Cook cabbage with little salt and water. Heat olive oil in a heavy bottomed pan.

2)Add cooked cabbage and sautT for a minute.

Step 2

Now add all the other ingredients except cashew nuts and cook covered till the cabbage is fried.

Step 3

Transfer the cooked cabbage with olive oil into a serving dish and garnish with nuts.

Step 4

Cabbage/gobhee/muttai kos with olive oil, an easy, healthy and nutritious starter recipe, is ready.
