Step 1

first steam cabbage, beetroot, carrot in a microwave for 1 minute taking care that the crunchiness is not lost. Do not over cook the cabbage.

Step 2

Mix together the ingredients: yogurt, green chilly, pepper powder and required salt in a bowl. Stir in steamed cabbage and mix gently.

3)Heat oil in a pan. Splutter mustard seeds and add curry leaves.

Step 3

Pour into cabbage raita and serve chilled.
