Step 1

Take a bowl and put sliced cabbage, onion and chopped green chillies. Mix all the ingredients together.

Step 2

Add beaten egg, rice flour, maida, curry leaves and required salt. Mix together.

Step 3

Shape into small vadas with your palm.

Step 4

Take a pan and pour sufficient oil for frying. Heat the oil and fry the cabbage and onion vada on both sides until golden in color.
