Step 1

For preparing calf¦s liver with chicory, take a sauce pan, add in 20 grams of butter, lemon juice, chicory, salt, pepper powder and 100ml of water. Cover the pan and allow it to melt over low flame.

Step 2

Fry the minced bacon in a non-stick pan until crispy and golden brown. Keep it aside.

Step 3

Fry the liver in another pan with 15 grams of butter, salt and pepper powder.

Step 4

Arrange the liver in a large dish, surround with chicory, bacon and parsley sprinkled over it.

Step 5

Calf¦s liver with chicory is ready.
