The best healthy and fulfilled salad to start a day. This highly nutritious is prepared with lots of coclourful vegetables and chicken salami. Salami is a type of cured sausage consisting of fermented and air-dried meat. Its a lovely one to eat, not because its a healthy salad, but for the fact that the chicken salami and the veggies make it a wholesome comforting meal in itself.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 - Potato
  • 3 nos Carrots
  • 1 cup Green Peas
  • 4 nos Baby Corn
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • Salt A pinch
  • Pepper A pinch
  • Turmeric powder A pinch
  • 1 pack Chicken Salami around 400 gm)(cut into small pieces
  • 3 - Mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp Thousand Island salad dressing

For garnishing:

  • Parsley cut into small pieces
  • 2 nos Eggs hard boiled

Instructions
 

  • Dice the vegetables into small pieces of 1 cm width.
  • Boil the potatoes in water along with a pinch of pepper, turmeric and salt for about 15 mins, till well cooked.
  • Drain excess water.
  • Boil carrots, green peas and baby corn in water along with a pinch of pepper, turmeric and salt for about 10 mins and drain the water.
  • Heat 1 tbsp of butter in a pan or a kadai.
  • Fry all the vegetables slightly for about 5 mins.
  • :- This is optional - it just adds to the taste.
  • Slightly shallow fry the salami pieces.
  • Mix together the vegetables and salami along with Mayonnaise and Salad dressing and mix well.
  • Garnish with parsley and cut hard boiled eggs(each egg into six long slices).
  • Keep in fridge.
  • :- Serve chilled.
