Step 1

Dice the vegetables into small pieces of 1 cm width.

Step 2

Boil the potatoes in water along with a pinch of pepper, turmeric and salt for about 15 mins, till well cooked.

Step 3

Drain excess water.

Step 4

Boil carrots, green peas and baby corn in water along with a pinch of pepper, turmeric and salt for about 10 mins and drain the water.

Step 5

Heat 1 tbsp of butter in a pan or a kadai.

Step 6

Fry all the vegetables slightly for about 5 mins.

Step 7

:- This is optional - it just adds to the taste.

Step 8

Slightly shallow fry the salami pieces.

Step 9

Mix together the vegetables and salami along with Mayonnaise and Salad dressing and mix well.

Step 10

Garnish with parsley and cut hard boiled eggs(each egg into six long slices).

Step 11

Keep in fridge.

Step 12

:- Serve chilled.
