Candy Apples
Candy apples are extremely easy to make at home which is kids favorite way of eating apples--candy apples. Crisp and crunchy apples are cut slices of apples coated with sugar caramel that melts in mouth with soft slices of apples inside. These candy apples goes exceedingly well in sweets.
Ingredients
- apple 2 nos.
- corn flour 4 tbsp
- butter 1 sp
- refined flour 1 cup
- sugar 1 cup
- baking powder 1/2 tsp
- sesame seeds toasted 2 tbsp
Instructions
- sieve refined flour,corn flour and baking powder together
- make it to a smooth paste
- cut apples and dust with corn flour
- dip the slices in flour paste
- deep fry them in oil and keep aside
- now gently coat the apples in caramel sprinkle sesame seeds and serve when cooled.
