Cut all vegetables and keep aside

Now boil vegetables with little water

Grind coconut , green chili, jeera and keep aside

Once veg boiled add coconut paste mix well cook for 2 mins

Add curd and salt and mix well

Heat coconut oil and pour into aviyal and garnish with curry leaves
