Step 1

For preparing capsicum soup, boil water in a vessel with capsicum and tomato. Cook till it becomes soft(2 to 3 minutes). Allow it to cool.

Step 2

Blend this till it becomes a smooth paste.

Step 3

Strain the mixture.

Step 4

Add milk, salt, pepper powder and butter to the strained mixture. Allow it to boil for 6 to 7 minutes.

Step 5

Capsicum soup is ready. Serve hot.
