Directions

Step 1

For Pudding:-
1)Beat condensed milk & eggs well.

Step 2

Add milk to this mixture & beat well.

Step 3

Take a little of this mixture & add to corn flour & make a paste.

Step 4

Add the corn flour paste to the milk mix. Mix well.

Step 5

For Caramel:-
1)Spread 2 - 3 dessert spoon of sugar in the caramelising dish.

Step 6

Add some water & caramelise it.

Step 7

When it becomes golden brown colour, take it off from stove.

Step 8

Let the caramel set.

Step 9

Once it is set, pour the pudding mix over this.

Step 10

Cover the dish with aluminium foil.

Step 11

Pour 2 glasses of water in pressure cooker.

Step 12

Keep the pudding dish in that & cook for 10 mins on low fire after putting the weight on.

Step 13

Turn off the gas.

Step 14

Keep the dish in pressure cooker for another 30 - 45 mins.

Step 15

Once the dish is cooled keep in fridge for 3 - 4 hrs.
