Ingredients

  • Carrot 3 no.
    milk 1/2 Glass
    sugar 1 cup
    besan powder 1 cup
    Ghee 5 tbsp
    cardamom powder 1 tsp

Peel the skin and grind by adding milk into the smooth paste

In a kadai or pan add carrot paste, besan flour, cardamom powder and sugar and mix well

once it get mix well add ghee and stir it continuously for 20 mins in low flame

stir well until it leaves the sides of the pan.

grease the oil in the plate and transfer the carrot and allow to cool and spread the almond powder

Once it get cool, grease a knife with a little ghee and make cut. now carrot barfi is ready to serve
