Step 1

Preheat the oven to 170C and Grease the cake tray with little butter.

Step 2

Combine the dry ingredients - 3 cups of Refined flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon cinnamon and 1/4 teaspoon salt.

Step 3

Mix the wet ingredients - Put 300gms melted butter in a large bowl and beat with 3 cups of sugar. Beat in 3 eggs one at a time, then add in the dry ingredients followed by 1 cup of grated carrot.

Step 4

Pour the cake mixture into the greased cake tray, and bake for 40 mins or till done. When it`s done, take the cake out of the oven and cool in the cake tray for 10 mins.

Step 5

:- Carrot Cake is ready!!!
:- Remove the Carrot Cake from the tray and serve!!
:- Enjoy eating Carrot Cake!!!
