Carrot Cup Cake
Cup cakes are all time favorite to kids. these cup cake are small and designed to serve one person. These cup cakes are decorated in plenty of ways and they are very attractive. This carrot cup cake is a basic cup cake recipe tried in cooker and it came so awesome.Making a mix of batterr with butter, sugar,vanilla essence and eggs. These whisked to a soft batter and then mixed up with sieved flour with grated carrots and baked in cooker. They are decorated with cream and choco ganache for servin
Ingredients
- butter 100 gms
- eggs 2
- sugar 100 gms
- vanilla extract 1 tbsp
- carrot grated 1 cup
- maida 100 gms
- baking powder 1 tbsp
- baking salt 1 tea sp
Instructions
- whisk butter and eggs
- add grated carrots
- seive maida baking powder and baking salt
- add this flour to batter and mix well
- in cooker put salt with a grid and pre heat in low flame with out weight
- pour the batter and bake it 45 mins and serve with desired decration
