Directions

Step 1

For preparing carrot custard bake, first cook the grated carrot in little water. Allow the water to evaporate completely.

Step 2

When the carrots are done, grind well.

Step 3

Meanwhile, mix together melted butter, egg yolks, custard powder, milk and sugar. Combine the mixture with the blended carrot.

Step 4

Beat the egg whites and fold in the carrot mixture.

Step 5

Transfer the mixture into a buttered baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes until it rises and is light brown in color.

Step 6

Carrot custard bake, a yummy recipe, with kids as well as elders, is ready.
