For preparing carrot ladoos, take a vessel and cook carrot with dessicated coconut, sugar and milk on low flame. Keep stirring it till it starts to thicken.
Remove from the flame and allow it to cool.
Sprinkle cardamom powder and mix well.
Make lime sized balls.
Carrot ladoos are ready.
Tried...tasted good. But make the balls before it cools down.
