Directions

Step 1

Quarter and slice carrots(thin), slice onions and quarter mushrooms.

Step 2

Heat oil.

Step 3

Saute onion and carrot.

Step 4

Add salt.

Step 5

When carrot is nearly cooked, add mushrooms and saute for another 5 - 10 mins.

Step 6

Add pepper.

Step 7

:- Serve hot with chappathis.

Step 8

:- While adding mushrooms, add some water and boil. Strain and add pepper to the water to make excellent carrot-mushroom soup.

Although i didn`t quite stick to the same measurements, the end result was really good. Very simple and quick to make.Such a delight with Chapatis.

The soup is excellent...i would say the dish is just a compliment to the soup.. I would rate the soup at 10 :)
