Step 1

For preparing carrot puree, peel, slice and cook the carrots in salt water.

Step 2

Remove the carrots and blend it with a little water and parsley.

Step 3

Add in pepper, salt and cream. Blend again till smooth.

Step 4

Carrot puree is ready.
