For preparing cashew chicken gravy, grind the tomatoes to a fine paste and keep it aside.
For preparing the grind all the ingredients under gravy to a fine paste and keep it aside.
Heat ghee in a vessel and splutter the cumin seeds.
Saute in the finely chopped onions and fry until transparent.
Then add in the tomato puree and fry till the ghee separates.
Now add in the chicken pieces and the ground cashew paste with required water. Mix well and allow the chicken to cook on low flame with the lid.
Garnish with coriander leaves and cheese.
Cashew chicken gravy is ready. Serve hot with chapati, naan, kulcha etc.
