Cut onions, tomatoes and cauliflower.
Soak cauliflower in salted water for 15 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan.
Season with all the ingredients.
Add onions and fry till golden brown.
Add tomatoes and keep frying.
Add all the cauliflower pieces and fry till it becomes soft.
Add ground coconut paste, turmeric powder, chilly powder, salt and little sugar.
Add enough water and cover the pan.
Cook till cauliflower becomes soft and gravy thickens.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
:- Serve hot with chapathis or pooris.
Its bad. Dont try this one.
Chandam`s attempt to make this curry was good.
I tried this.. found it really bad.. dont even worth a try... ! when it was so bad.. then.. i just mixed 2 eggs (scramblled) to it.....! and made it ediable..!

hi ya,..recipe came out very good...thnx to you.and one more thing is that in the seasoning indgrs u have given aniseeds (perumjeerakam),which is not,fennel seeds are known as perumeerakam.

I tried this recipe and it came out good..one small change...instead of frying the cauliflower, and boiled it in water until half cooked...it came out well..might have come out real good if i had fried it...anyway..thanks for sharing it...please send in more contributions..
