Cook jack fruit seeds with chilly powder, turmeric powder, salt and water as required.
Mash it with a wooden spoon.
Heat oil in a vessel and add cheera and sauté it for 3 minutes.
Add cooked jack fruit seeds and grinded coconut.
Cook it for 5 minutes or till it boils.
