Whash the channa dal

Cut the papaya into small pieces.

Take a pressure cooker add channa dal,pappaya,turmeric powder,green chilly and salt

Add water and close the lid.wait for 5 whistles to come.

For seasoning heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard in it.add shallots,dry red chilly, saute for few seconds and turn off the flame

Mix it with the curry
