Directions

Step 1

Fry the rice flour, till you get rid of the raw smell, in a big pan(preferably Urali).

Step 2

:- Make sure you don¦t deep fry the flour.

Step 3

Slowly, sprinkle the salt water into this.

Step 4

Add the grated coconut and the powdered cumin seeds.

Step 5

Knead the mixture by applying a little force (for better results) and make it into a dough.

Step 6

Make small balls off this dough.

Step 7

Fry them in oil.

Its good to add some black gram dhal and some leek also. Its more tasty.

The recipe is good, but when you drop the balls in hot oil, it may spurt. Using fresh coconut is the reason. In my recipe, I have used desicated coconut. If using fresh coconut, first fry it without oil till the water evaporates. Then use.

I think there is a problem with the ingrediants.there are health and safty reasons even to try to make it.when i tried it the whole thing exploded.on discusing with my mom i was told that having coconut in such a receipe makes it dangerous to even attempt to prepare.so please do not try to make it
