Step 1

Heat oven to 250 degree.

Step 2

Boil milk and add bread crumbs. Keep it aside to cool.

Step 3

Lightly beat eggs with salt and pepper.

Step 4

Mix well together the grated cheese, beaten eggs and the soaked bread crumbs.

Step 5

Heat a cast iron skillet in the oven.

Step 6

Add butter and when it melts, add the egg mix.

Step 7

Bake it for about 15 mins, till the egg is set.

Step 8

:- Serve warm.
