Directions

Step 1

Mix together corn flour, grated cheese, mustard powder, chilly powder, soda powder and required salt.

Step 2

Pour milk into the cheese mixture and make a thick batter. Do not make the batter watery.

Step 3

Keep this batter in a closed vessel for 30 minutes.

Step 4

Apply the thick batter only on one side of the bread slice. Repeat the same with remaining bread slices.

Step 5

Take a pan and pour sufficient oil for frying. Heat the oil and dip the bread slice with batter, facing the bottom.

Step 6

Deep fry in medium heat and fry the other side too. Place the fried cheese roast on absorbent paper to drain oil.

Step 7

Cheese roast, an apt evening time snack is ready.
