Step 1

For preparing cheese soufflT, grease the dish with butter.

Step 2

Preheat the oven at 200 degrees celsius.

Step 3

Take a sauce pan, melt butter and add in the maida. Mix until it starts bubbling.

Step 4

Add in milk and cook for 10 minutes. Stir continuously till the sauce becomes thick.

Step 5

Remove it from the flame and add egg yolks.

Step 6

Beat the egg whites with salt till it becomes stiff.

Step 7

Add it to the above mixture with the cheese and mix well.

Step 8

Pour it in a dish and bake for 35 minutes.

Step 9

Cheese soufflT is ready. Serve hot.
