For preparing cheese toast, beat the butter and cheese till fluffy.
Add onion, chilly sauce and very little salt.
Place the bread slices on thoroughly greased baking tin and bake in a hot oven at 400ªF for 5 minutes.
Allow it to cool. Put a little filling on top of each toast.
Bake in a hot oven at 450ªF for 10 minutes.
Cut into small pieces
Cheese toast is ready to serve.
