Step 1

For preparing cheesy mutton balls, in a pressure cooker cook the mutton mince with salt and water. Drain out the water completely.

Step 2

Mean while cook the potatoes and green peas till done. Drain the water well and mash only the potatoes.

Step 3

In a bowl mix in mutton mince, mashed potatoes, green peas, 1/2 cup bread crumbs, grated cheese, mutton masala, green chillies, crushed peanuts, salt and coriander leaves.

Step 4

Make lemon sized balls and keep it aside.

Step 5

In a small bowl, beat the eggs along with a pinch of salt and keep it aside.

Step 6

In another plate spread bread crumbs and keep it aside.

Step 7

Dip each ball into the egg mixture and then roll it in the bread crumbs. Keep aside.

Step 8

Heat oil for deep frying and fry the balls till it turns to golden brown in colour.

Step 9

Remove the fried balls and place it on a tissue paper.

Step 10

Cheesy mutton balls are ready. Serve immediately with tomato ketchup or chutney.
