Heat oil in a kadai and add onions.Saute for 2 minutes.
Add red chilly and crushed chillies saute for 2 minutes.
Add curry leaves to this and stir for 2 minutes.
Add cooked chembu to this, add salt and stir for 2 minutes.
Saute for 2 minutes in a low flame.
Now chembu ularthiyathu is ready.
