cook prawns using salt and turmeric powder

when its half cooked pour ginger ,garlic and tomato (ginger garlic should be thin sliced )

add onion and green chilly to it

add chilly powder and coriander powder to it.

stir well and close the pan and allow it to get cooked.

when its cooked off the flame.

make puttu podi by using rice flour, boiled watert and salt.

then take a puttu maker pour coconut first then rice flour then our prawns masala then again rice flour coconut and continue same until its filled.

then keep it on flame to get cooked .

when the steam came out and its cooked , take it out from the steamer.
