For preparing cherry delight, melt jelly crystals in 3/4 cup of water. Add the remaining water and mix well.
Keep it in refrigerator and set in 2 bowls.
In another vessel, mix cream and sugar. Beat well
In a long glass, first add ice cream, jelly and pour beaten cream.(Decorate with cherries)
