Ingredients

  • Fennel seed 100g
    Black pepper corn 50g
    cumin seed 100 g
    red chili 20 no.
    Coriander seed 50 g
    rice 50g
    Clove 10no.
    cinnamon 1 big piece
    cardamom 5 to 6 no.
    aniseed 3 to 4 no.
    Fenugreek seed 50g
    turmeric powder 3tbsp

Directions

Step 1

Take all in equal Potion and dry it in sunlight for 1 day

Step 2

add it to a blender and blend it to a fine powder

Step 3

now ready mix chettinad masala is ready to serve
