Ingredients

  • Potato 3 no.
    onion 1 no.
    tomato 1 no.
    Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
    salt to taste
    turmeric powder 1 tsp
    chettinad masala 2 tsp
    Black pepper 1 tsp
    Tamarind water 3 tbsp
    Oil 2 tbsp
    mustard 1 tsp
    curry leaves 1 sprinkle

Heat the oil in the pan and temper the mustard and curry leaves and saute the onion for 3 mins

add tomato and mix well

Add cubed potatoes and mix it

add tamarind water and little water and allow to cook the potato

once water get dry and masala get mix well with potatoes, turn off the flame
