In pan dry roast all ingredient and allow to cool

Now grind and make fine paste and keep aside

In pan add oil and temper mustard and curry leave

Now add ginger garlic paste and sauté well till raw smell goes

Now add grind paste and add salt then cook for 2 mins

Now add boiled potato and Mix well then cook till it coat well
