Ingredients

  • Chicken : 150 gm (medium big size)
    Onion : 1 no (chopped)
    Tomato : 2 nos (slices)
    Green chillies : 2 nos
    Garlic : 3 cloves (chopped)
    Ginger : 1 small piece (chopped)
    Soy sauce : 1 tsp
    Cumin powder : 2 tsp
    Coriander powder : 2 tsp
    Chilli powder : 1 tsp
    Turmeric powder : ½ tsp
    Vinegar : 2 tsp
    Garam masala : 1 tsp
    Cury leaves : few
    Salt : as reqd

First marinate chicken with vinegar, green chillies, garlic, ginger, soya sauce, coriander, cumin powder, chilli powder, turmeric and salt.2) Allow it to marinate for ½ an hour.

Cook chicken in kadai, till done.

When done, evaporate excess water.5) Deep fry the chicken in a pan . drain and keep aside.

In another pan, heat 1 tbsp oil. Fry the onion, garam masala, tomato and salt.7) Fry till the tomato get softened.8) At this stage add the fried chicken pieces and sauté well.
