Step 1

Cut chicken into cubes of medium size.

Step 2

Marinate the chicken pieces in soya sauce and a pinch of salt. Keep it in the refrigerator for an hour.

Step 3

Boil water and add chicken to it.

Step 4

Cook it for 5 minutes and drain. Keep the chicken stock for further use.

Step 5

Heat butter in a pan.

Step 6

Fry lightly the chicken in batches.

Step 7

Collect the chicken pieces in another pan.

Step 8

Fry the strips of bell pepper in the same butter and add to fried chicken.

Step 9

:- Make sure the pepper does not become brown.

Step 10

Fry ginger, garlic and green chillies one by one and add to chicken.

Step 11

Mix corn four in 2 tbsp of water.

Step 12

Pour the chicken stock and corn flour mix to the fried stuff and simmer for 10 minutes.

Step 13

Add water, if gravy thickens.

Step 14

:- This curry is delicious, if consumed after 3 or more hours of preparation.


Excellent dish if you hate hot.


Something new and very tasty.


Excellent to go with fried rice or chappathis. I served it after 2 hours and my kids just loved it. thanks
