For preparing Chicken Majestic, take a bowl and add chicken, egg, Curd, Ginger garlic paste, salt, corn flour and maida. Mix it.

Marinate for 15 mins.

Heat the oil and deep fry chicken pieces.

In a pan heat the oil, temper the chopped garlic, and green chilli.

Add chopped onion, curry leaves and mint leaves and saute it for 5 mins.

Add red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, garam masala and turmeric powder and mix well.
