For preparing chicken omelet, fry the chicken and shred it.
Take a bowl add in the shredded chicken, onion and cheese. Keep this filling aside.
Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper in another bowl.
In the same pan heat butter.
Pour in egg mixture and when it begins to thicken around the edges then reduce the heat. Cover and cook it.
Remove the cover and increase the flame to brown the bottom.
Place filling on 1/2 of the omelet.
Loosen all the edges carefully. Fold the omelet in half and remove from the flame.
Chicken omelet is ready. Serve immediately.
