Cook pasta with 1 tsp oil and required water. Drain the water and keep pasta aside.
Cook the chicken well and keep it aside.
For preparing 1st sauce:1)Heat 1 tsp of oil and add onion paste to it. Saute it well till the oil separates. 2)Add tomatoes and ginger\garlic paste to it and saute it well.
Add chilly powder, salt and pepper powder to it.
Add cooked chicken to this and mix well.
Pour 1 small cup water to it and let it boil well.
When it thickens, remove from fire and keep it aside.
For preparing 2nd sauce:1)Heat butter in a pan.
When it melts, add milk and maida to it.
Add 1 tsp cheese to it.
When it becomes a paste, remove from fire and keep it aside.(cook this in low flame and if it becomes too hard, add milk to make it a paste)
Now layer it. Add pasta first, then spread the 1st sauce and then the 2nd sauce and spread pasta again. Finally, on top of the pasta, spread the grated cheese and microwave it till the cheese melts. Serve hot.
I tried this recipe this weekend. It was excellent Nimitha. The blend of the two sauces gives a rich creamy taste which is mouthwatering yummy!!
