For preparing chicken noodles with vegetables, marinate the chicken in spring onions, ginger, 2 garlic cloves and olive oil for 3 hours.
Meanwhlie, heat oil in a big frying pan and saute the onion for 2 minutes on low flame till it becomes transparent.
Add in the remaining garlic cloves, cucumber, carrot, capsicum, baby corn, 2 tbsp of soy sauce and basil leaves. Saute it on low flame till all the veggies become tender and remove it from the flame.
Put the cooked pasta in a bowl and sprinkle the remaining soy sauce over them.
Top the pasta with the cooked vegetables.
Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry the marinated chicken pieces till it becomes brown on all the sides.
Toss in the fried chicken with the noodles and mix it gently.
Chicken pasta with vegetables are ready. Serve immediately with ketchup.
