Take a skillet and pour butter. Saute red pepper, mushrooms, onions and garlic.
Add whipping cream, basil, chicken and required salt.
Cover with a lid and cook until chicken pieces are done. Stir occasionally until the gravy thickens.
Serve the chicken primavera over hot cooked pasta and enjoy.
