Chicken Sandwich with curd and mayonaisse

English: Cilantro / Coriander Leaves

Boil Chicken with water,salt and 1tsp pepper powder for 20-30 minutes.
Drain excess water from boil chicken and allow chicken to cool.
Bring the chicken in a grinder (mind not to grind too much).
Cut Coriander leaves finely and and mix with chicken.
Add curd, mayonnaise, salt and pepper as required.
Apply the paste on bread and cut diagonally.
