Ingredients

  • Chicken : 4 nos ( boneless pieces)
    Onion : 1 no
    Ginger : 1 inch piece
    Garlic : 2 cloves
    Chilly powder : 1 tsp
    Coriander powder : ½ tsp
    Garam masala : ½ tsp
    Pepper powder : ½ tsp
    Tomato : ½ no
    Salt : to taste

Cook chicken using salt and pepper powder.

Heat a pan and add oil in it, when it gets hot add onion, ginger, garlic and tomato in it and stir until it gets brown.

Then add coriander powder ,chilly powder , garam masala and salt to it.

Add curry leaves also.

Then add chicken in to it and stir well.

Then add very little water in to it and close it.

Then wait for 10 minutes and then the dish is ready.

It will take maximum 30 minutes for everything.
