Step 1

Saute small onion ,when it get littile brown

Step 2

Add garlic and ginger,green chilly.

Step 3

Saute again and add turmeric and coriander powder and garam masala.

Step 4

Add chicken to it along with coconut thin milk.

Step 5

Cook for 30 mins in a low flame.

Step 6

After the chicken is cooked properly add thick coconut milk and salt.

Step 7

Heat few oil in a small tava for making tadka.

Step 8

Add mustard ,curry leaves ,coconut pieces ,red chilly.

Step 9

Switch off the flame and add chilly powder .

Step 10

Add this tadka to the chicken.
