For preparing chicken in ceaser dressing, first mix together the ingredients except worcestershire sauce, lettuce, chicken and pepper.
Blend well in processor and mix well. Keep this aside.
Marinate chicken pieces with salt, pepper and worcestershire sauce for 5 minutes.
Heat oil in pan and fry chicken pieces till done.
Add spring onions to it and mix.
In a serving bowl mix chicken, ceaser dressing and lettuce.
