For preparing chicken in green gravy, heat oil in a vessel and fry the chicken pieces till they become a bit brown in colour. Keep it aside.
Pour a little more oil and saute the green curry paste till a nice smell comes.
Then add the fried chicken pieces, lime leaves, salt and lemon grass. Saute it for some time.
Pour in the coconut milk and allow the chicken to cook on low flame for 5 minutes.
Stir in the fish sauce, cucumber and basil leaves. Remove it from the flame.
Garnish with the green chillies.
Chicken in green gravy is ready. Serve hot.
