Soak the drained chicken in salted water for sometime.
Remove from salted water and drain well.
Mix together mayonnaise, ground garlic, white pepper and required salt to a fine paste.
Coat the chicken pieces with mayonnaise mixture and marinate for 30 minutes.
Take a frying pan and heat. Pour sufficient oil for frying.
Fry the chicken pieces on both sides to a golden brown.
You can also bake the marinated chicken pieces in a oven.
Yummy n delicious chicken with mayonnaise is ready. Serve hot.
