For preparing chicken with prawns in lettuce wraps, finely chop the mushrooms, chicken and prawns.
Heat 2 tbsp of oil and toss in the chicken, prawns, bamboo shoots and mushrooms. Stir fry for 5 minutes.
Add all the remaining ingredients except the lettuce. Continue to fry it for another 2 minutes.
Meanwhile, separate the lettuce leaves, wash well and drain the water.
Place a spoon full of the mixture into the centre of a lettuce leaf making individual parcels(roll it up). Secure it with a toothpick.
Chicken with prawns in lettuce wraps are ready. Serve immediately.
